Can I change plan at any time?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The difference is calculated proportionally.
What happens if I exceed the number of rooms?+
You will be notified and can update your plan. We won't block your account without warning.
Is there a free trial?+
We offer a free, no-commitment consultation to assess your needs. We prefer to guide you from day one for a complete and correct setup.
Are there any additional costs besides the monthly fee?+
The plan fee covers its listed features. Optional advanced OTA connectivity is available with any plan from €35 per month. The final price depends on property type, number of rooms, rate plans and other requirements. One-off setup and historical data migration are separate services.
Can I import data from my old PMS?+
Yes. We offer a professional data migration service: up to 500 records from €150, up to 2,000 records from €300, unlimited data with cleaning and deduplication from €500. For integrations with legacy systems, we provide a custom quote.
Can I cancel whenever I want?+
Yes, no contractual obligations. You can cancel at any time from your account area.
